Top 10 Beginner Animation Exercises to Master
I found Blender confusing for the same reason. Modes are not good design. I've only been doing this for about six months. I spent three of those months trying Blender, C4D, and Houdini. I didn't really consider Maya because it's too expensive. I settled on Houdini because I find it's quite consistent. There are diferent "modes" but they are really just represent the different elemnents of 3d. Modeling is done in ONE mode. You don't have to swtich contexts to model. Three months into learning Houdini, watching this video reminded me of the struggles I had when testing Blender. I'm a newb, so take my opinion for what it's worth.
I hope you get big in your 3d animation journey!
Also how can people afford the software like zbrush and maya outside a studio
I went to school for animation and still can't get work.
hey can you explain your workflow in depth. like a layered workflow demonstration. and what you look for at certain points of the animation
Yea! That’s what the courses are for, they’re dozens of hours of that.
U deserve a subscribe and sry for the weird name
thanks you saved my life!
Love ya man!
Who it looks like that
sir please make a complete tutorial on needle and thread animation
the best way to animate in blender is opening maya
Your Blender Animation Would Have Gone Better If You Would Have Used A Leprechaun As Your Character To Talk To.
Cannibal corn, I'm not the only one who thought it, right? ಠಿヮಠ
Thank you!
please how do I import the mesh with the clothes in maya, it only opens the body geometry.
Why is the corn wiggleing Im distirbed

THANKSSS SO MUCH !!! 😄
very helpful script.. thank you
same
Its i new brain rott
Hi, I didn't see anything in the course outline about how the animations are imported into UE5, but that's what I'm ultimately aiming for with the course, not just showing them in MAYA. Any further solutions?
Love what you said about workflows changing within the same project! Sometimes they even change within the same shot. I might do one character layered and another pose to pose even though they're on screen together. Sometimes I also like to animate in whatever workflow seems the least appropriate for the shot. Helps to keep my eyes and mind fresh, especially if I've been animating similar shots for a while.
Thanks man, and that’s a great point, deliberately trying to do it in a ‘wrong’/different way often leads to the biggest discoveries. Hope you’re doing well man! Miss working with you.
Great advise 👍
Thanks man!!
Hey! There's also another really good fix for this. Use the Pitch Shifter as mentioned but then! no need to export Just add a Fill Left to Right or Fill RIght to Left below Pitch Shifter and it'll work! No distortions
I wish this video came out a year ago before I realized this the hard way xD Golden advice!
Glad to hear its helpful! Sorry to hear its late for your situation haha, but better late than never?
@@AnimatorsJourney definitely 😁
Whats more in the industry like I have seen a lot of motion capture games and movies now a days. Except some other big studios like pixar and disney. Does keyframe animatiors still have market ?
If you can't keyframe animate, you won't make it as an animator, that's what we are expected to know how to do, even at places that mocap, you're still animating.
@@AnimatorsJourney Thanks, I wanted to ask that if I want you to be my mentor then what steps should I take to be your student ?

I wish I was billionaire so I could donate a couple billions to the Blender foundation and buy the best talent in the industry (as in software programmers) to make it the best 3D software.

I've been experiencing burnout since graduating as soon as I started working and realizing this job is unstable. Is there alternate routes one can go that uses 3D skills?
